Refund policy

We accept returns for ordered auto parts within 7 days from the date of invoice.
Policies are:
- We ensure transparency in our service by sending photos/images of the product prior to delivery. In the event of a return, the product must be returned in the same condition, which will be cross-verified using the images provided. Please note that any damages or alterations made by the customer will render the product ineligible for a refund.
- We offer a refund only if the product is returned in the same condition as it was initially received at customer end. If the product has been modified or altered by the customer, it is not eligible for a refund.
- We do not accept if the return parts are disassembled or tampered. They should be in the same condition as they were purchased.
- We do not accept returns for the parts that require extensive time or cutting to remove from a vehicle.
- Refunds do not exceed the original purchase cost and the expense of returning parts is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
- We do not refund shipping and other handling charges

- Payments will be refunded no sooner than 7 business days from the date of the invoice.
- If there is any dispute, the only court with jurisdiction is the Coimbatore Tamil Nadu court.
